One bedroom has four beds—perfect for 2-3 people or parents with two children. The second bedroom with two beds is separate, ideal for grandparents, older children, or additional guests or couples. The house offers a private outdoor area with a garden, open terrace, and barbecue facilities. The property is close to the beach. The lake is only 150 meters away, and public transport is within walking distance. Parking is available on the premises. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted.
