Description
Spend your holidays in the middle of the region called "Arnsberger Wald" and nearby of the water reservoir "Möhnesee". As a hiker or biker you'll love this area as well as a fancier of any aquatic sport. Hiking, biking, swimming, sailing, diving, fishing or just relaxing – our facility can be used as a base for all these activities and plenty more. Our holiday flats are located in a separate building in the center of our park giving some 200 summer cottages a home.Conditions/extras

-dogs welcome - extra charge: 5€ per day
-Our offer to provide bedclothes and towels for an additional charge of 7,50€ per person is valid for a week. In case of a longer stay please contact us whilst you are here in order to get it changed - per change and person we charge 7,50 €.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors’ tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
